It’s been almost three years since Adele,シャネル, the Grammy-winning British songstress, released her celebrated debut 19, and we’ve been dying for more ever since. So Adele dropped by the ELLE offices today to talk about her upcoming sophomore album.
“It’s very different from my last album,” she said. “Kind of disco-gospel.” Partly inspired by the colorful fashion of British designer—and former Ab Fab costumier—Betsy Jackson,コーチ 財布, Adele said that she set out for a more lively sound. And with her pair of powerhouse lungs—and Rick Ruben, the legendary producer behind The Beastie Boys, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Johnny Cash’s American Recordings series producing—we have no doubt she could turn her bounding soul into something bigger than ever.
