Just as sure as late fall heralds the season of the red Starbucks cup,コーチ 財布 メンズ, late spring once again ushers in the predictable frenzy that is the bridal bonanza: showers, bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners and of course, weddings.
Though I’ve witnessed wedding attendee attire run the gamut from flip-flop casual to white-tie formal, it is my experience that, unless otherwise instructed by your invitation, aiming for fashion’s median is a girl’s best course of action.
What is fashion’s median, exactly?
It is, as Katharine Parker informs Tess McGill on her first day working in real corporate America, “Simple, elegant, yet makes a statement.”
You’re not there to upstage the bride, you’re not there to try and be the Anna Piaggi of your high school crowd, and contrary to what a surprising number of young, mostly single women seem to think, you’re not there to compete with the token trashy aunt for the title of “most exposed.”
This year, in the name of cost-cutting and outfit-permutation increasing, I’ve decided to switch up my regular Wedding Season routine of investing in a single,louis vuitton outlet store, high-quality dress and instead acquire several blouses that can be dressed up and down, paired with skirts, trousers, or even a nice pair of shorts or denim. This way, not only am I recused from the secret shame of wearing the same thing six Saturday nights in the same Summer, but I’m also adding to my options for weekday and weekend wear.
