Tom Ford Makes TIME’,レディース;s 100

Time usually includes a few fashion folk in their Time 100 list, but this year only one name’s made it: Tom Ford.
The honor’s warranted,プラダ 店舗, not just because Ford launched his women’s wear collection last year, but because of the way in which he initiated a shift in the fashion landscape. His exclusive, tightly under wraps presentation spurned plenty of added conversation about the need for intimacy during fashion week—and more than one designer was said to have limited their show size this season in response to the buzz Ford was able to create. With only one photographer,COACH 財布 人気, Terry Richardson, allowed into the show, Ford was able to control everything (except for Cathy Horyn) which is almost impossible to do these days.
Of course, on top of the clothes there’s the movie-making and subsequent love from Hollywood—Rita Wilson even wrote the piece for Time—as well as the more recent gossip about Ford’s Dior potential. Given his current place at the top of the fashion pile we imagine designing for a single house doesn’t look so appealing, even if it is Dior.
